Have your hearing tested then try out various amplified telephones. Please bring a current copy of your phone bill, (This must be for a land line phone only - not a cell phone.)
Bring identification to prove that you are an Illinois resident.
Any person of any age who has a hearing loss can qualify for a free phone.
