The Center services persons of all ages with any type of disability. For youth up to 18 years of age, there are a wide range of programs offered throughout the year, especially in 2012, as the Center focuses on youth leadership initiatives. For parents and family members of youth with disabilities, the Center's staff is a tremendous resource. We welcome and encourage parents to contact us at any time, by phone or in person, to learn about ways in which we can support you and your child. What follows are key programs planned for the coming year at this time. Additional workshops, programs and opportunities, both through the local school districts or individual youth and family members, are often coordinated throughout the year as the need arises, so stay in touch, stay involved and stay informed!

Since its inception in 1989, the Center has offered itself as a valuable resource for school-aged youth with disabilities and their parents and family. To this end, IEPs and Special Needs Advocacy services are available year round by the Center's trained and caring Independent Living Advocates...
